Zlatograd is the southernmost city in Bulgaria. It is located in the Smolyan district and is close to the border with Greece. The city is the second largest in the area of Smolyan and following an administrative center Zlatograd! In the month of May each year takes place on Cross-border folklore Kostadin peak near Zlatograd. In September of 20-24 are held in Zlatograd Delyovi annual holidays.
