To take taxi is the worst experience in Panama. Taxi Drivers never go where you want. If you have a crazy lucky day you will be inside taxi all day long with other six people without conditioned air going around the city.
I suggest rent a car and enjoy heavy traffic overloaded in a small city. Unforgettable.
