These are the fiestas celebrated in Mucuchíes in case you happen to be there:
Santa Cecilia: On the 27th of december. The virgen is carried around the town with violins, guitars and other instruments.
Santa Lucía: 28th of december. The virgen is carried by ladies dressed in white and a red ribbon on the chest.
San Benito: 28th of december. Children and grown ups burn fire works and paint their faces in black. There's music also. Many towns in this area celebrate this same party.
