Duck Tours

An American friend recommended me to do this if I ever visited Boston. I thought it was silly but now I tell you it’s a must-do! The best option is to do it on your last day so you can say goodbye and see everything in case you missed something.

Tour is 20$ and is a complete tour thought the city with a guide that makes the ride funny and informative. And the duck gets on the water! You get both bay and city guides at once!

Freedom Trail

Visiting Boston is about the the atmosphere, history, the contrast among the different areas and buildings.

That's why Freedom Trail is the best choice. It’s a rute made by the city hall that drives you through the city. You can do it by yourself (following the red line on the street) or you can enroll a guided group.

Wake up early and you'll be done after lunch time so you have time to visit Bacon Hill, the University Area, Fenway Park or the Red Sox Stadium.

Residential Streets

recommendation by adriii

fresh & funky

The Back Bay is home to over 25,000 residents and each neighborhood has an unique charm. Boston is known by just walking around, so these are the streets: Beacon Street (wealthy people), Marlborough Street, Newbury Street and Commonwealth Avenue.

Beacon Hill is the main street for the Black Heritage Trail and on Commonwealth Avenue you’ll find places to eat while enjoy the green areas and sculptures. Newbury Street is great for shopping.

Boston is special because it's home to some of the most loyal fans in MLB history! Red Sox games are a great activity and watching a game in Fenway Park is being part of a great historical tradition. Don't forget to get a Fenway Frank!
Other than Red Sox games, there are plenty of great activities in Boston - from shopping on Newbury St, to catching the views from Top of the Hub, or just relaxing in Boston Commons. Full of history and full of life, Boston is a fantastic city!
