that's a place you must see if you come to Washington. You'll be impressed by the "old styled fashioned" houses of this neighborhood. It has many of the best restaurants of the city, many bars and shops. Also, you can visit the famous Georgetown University.

Yes, it's the famous catholic university founded by the Father John Carroll in 1789. Georgetown is the oldest Roman Catholic university in the United States, and its religious heritage is used to define the institution. The Hoya is the University's oldest newspaper. One of his graduates are Bill Clinton (US President), Crown Prince Felipe of Spain, Dikembe Mutombo (Eight time NBA all-star), Alonzo Mourning (former NBA player) and Bradley Cooper (actor).

The pool is located right in front of the Lincoln Memorial. As its own name explains, it’s beautiful how the memorial and everything around this square lake is reflected. Don’t forget to take pictures here.
And, also, little trivia: is in the middle of the reflecting pool where Jenny and Forest meet after he comes back from Vietnam in the movie “Forrest Gump”. The emotive hug scene ;)
