This is the restaurant of a good friend of mine from Madrid and I just have to admit (with bias or not!) that I love the place. The atmosphere is as relaxed as in a Spanish bar and the food is really great. Sangría or Spanish wines also make it good to just go for a drink and a tapa. highly recommended! =)
