Fantastic Sushi place! The owners are the sweetest couple and the people working there are the best. I had the best hallibut I've ever had in my life at this place - to die for! :)

World Famous Zoo. Is not that I have visited many zoos around the world but I am sure this is the best. Not only they have an enormous variety of species, but the way everything is set you can see that they are very concern with the well being of the animals. None of them are exposed in cages. They try recreate their environment
Everything surrounding the zoo and it's activities are oriented to environment and animal protection awareness.

Pacific beach bar & grill
in Eating & Drinking
This is a great place to go to hang out. It's very casual and lively and has a great crowd! Also good for watching football games and having a beer. It's got a huge patio and a dance floor for the weekends. It definitely has a great beachy atmosphere and look. It can get pretty packed on the weekends though. Make sure to grab a table on the patio!

We came in search of the best carne asade burrito we could find, and wound up at this unassuming joint in a worn down strip mall in Clairemont. They cook real steak over an authentic asador, which, surprisingly, few places do these days. The guac was solid as well, always a good complement to a good burrito. And, of course, it was dirt cheap.
In-n-out burger
in Eating & Drinking
Is the best fast food burger place in the world. All products are fresh, it takes a little bit longer to get served but is definitely worth it. It looks like a burger joint from the 50's. It's a little bit more expensive than the average fast food place. There aren't many sores and only in the south west of the US (Califronia, Arizona, Nevada and Utah)
