This is one of the last great mom and pop grocery stores left in all of Iowa, and maybe even the Midwest. An Iowa City institution since the 1940s, this tiny store has a renowned selection of beer and wine, and a pretty darn good deli, too. The handmade potato salad is the best I've ever had.
