Things to do in Austin

This festival just started out as a huge music show, but these days, it also has interactive and film festivals and conferences. And when it started, it was fairly quaint. Not the cattle call it is today. The music portion of this festival isn't for the faint of heart. It's packed and pretty expensive. But if you can tough it out, you'll see some of the best bands of today and likely the best bands of tomorrow. The good thing is it's not nearly as corporate as Coachella or Lollapalooza.
