This now chain of Houston-area restaurants started out as a tiny shack serving some of the best Tex Mex in town. They still serve some of the best Tex Mex in town, but the restaurant has grown into a full-blown corporation that has expanded to over a half-dozen locations in the Houston area. However, even at the new locations, the service and setting 'es preety close' to as intimate was the original location was in the late 1980s.
