You choose by yourself the ingredients from a great variety of meet (beef, pork, chicken, lamb or deer) and vegetables, put them into a bowl seasoned with sauce to your liking, and give it to the chef to make the magic. The desert (fruits, Taiwanese style sweets and ice cream) is also included.
