Eating & Drinking in San Sebastian

Coffee here is soo good. I’m not a coffee person but when you’re watching like 4 movies a day, you need caffeine and I found myself having breakfast everyday in this coffee house. They have bakery too, but, for that, I recommend you this other place. And coffee house people was cool with me eating things from other place ;)

Located in the old area of the city, this bar is famous for its delicious and cheap sandwiches and "pinchos". You get a huge pincho (bread with stuff on it) for 1,50. They're so good and big that after three and a drink, you'll feel full ;)

Go early, not at dinner time, because it's often crowded.

In Donosti each bar has their speciality. In this case is the "solomillo" this is just one of the amazing places for "pinxtos" (is the name for the "tapa" in this part of Spain) It is in the heart of the pinxtos area. My suggestion is to visit as many as you can trying their speciality. Ask the people in the bar, everyone knows the best tapa in each place because usually they are there just for that one.

Bread, bakery, chocolate... This shop is like heaven... everything is so good and they make it themselves. Everything is always frest and recently-made.. even worm. Mmmm... just thinking about their chocolate bread drives me mad.

Opposite the "Kursal" (the exhibition center) there is this little place which is nothing special but has a very good mojito. It is perfect to stop after the day in Zurriola beach sunbathing......to refresh before go home.

Best ice creams ever. I think that this gelatería has the best icecreams I've had when being in Spain. Whole spain, yes. They're almost as good as the Venecian ones.

Creamy, tasty and they give you an enormous amount of ice cream at a very cheap price: just 1,90€ for the smaller one (2 balls) which is not small at all.

After a long walk through 'la concha' you will need to take some sweet. This bakery has delicious bakery pieces and is near the Alderdi Eder, just in the heart of the city. It's perfect!!

You will enjoy tastin a "goxua", caramel and cream on a piece of cake. Yummmmm.
