Eating & Drinking in Girona

La Terra is a cafe located in the old city part of Girona, right next to the river side. The interior may seem bizarre, as no single chair has the same design, and the tiles on the floor are posted randomly. The cushions on the sofa neither doesn't match with the others. The coffee is good, the view from the window is great, and the chaos of the mix-match at the end is quite cool all together. Sunny days, rainy days, mornings, evenings, I liked every time I was there.

This is a bar restaurant that does a really good lunch menu for just €8.50 with a glass of red or white wine, bread and if you can fit it in, desert. Like most cities Girona has a good mix of restaurants that serve familiar Spanish dishes like Tapas to restaurants and bars that offer more traditional Catalan food, at all price levels. We liked Can Vidal and went a few times !!!
