Things to do in Bali

Ubud is in the middle of the jungle so you will fills your time treaking, watching performances, arts museums, eating fine food and much more. The weather is wet during the day but at night you will get mountain breezes. Around Ubud you will find plenty of rice fields. And from there you can prepare your excusion to the Central Mountains, rafting, cycling...

Penelokan is a vulcano and means "place to look" and you will be amazed by the view, but to be honest there is not much here.

A popular holy springs and probably the most authentic experience I had in Bali. The balinese says that the water of this springs has magical powers. There are several areas, tanks, bathing pool and next to the springs you will see Pura Tirta Empul is one of the Bali´s most important temples.

Mandala Wisata Wenara Wana is the balinese name for this forest full of monkeys. There are three holy temples in the Sacred Monkey Forest, the Pura Dalem Agung temple is located in the southwestern portion of the main forest area. To the northwest and next to the stream, you will find the Holy Bathing temple. And in the eastern you will find the Pura Prajapati which is the funeral or cremation temple. Open daily from 8 am - 6 pm

The most important temple in Bali. It is a complex of 23 separate temples. Has the largest temple called Pura Penataran Agung, the same name of the mount. Very impressive is the panoramic view of the mountain.

Very popular for its magnificent views. It is the area where you will see the typicals rice terraces. There are restaurants with buffet lunches along the road to get there. This road continues to Pura Besakih so it can be a great stop before to visit the temple.

East coast of Bali. In this part of the island there is a series of seaside small villages an Amed is the most famous.
This is the place to go after the noisy Kuta. Amed is synonymous of peace. Relaxed atmosphere and excellent diving and snorkelling. There is a japanesse boat from the II World War called Shipwreck it is located in the beach with the same name and the boat is just 10 meters far away from the beach. Perfect this dive for snorkling.You cannot missed it you will see a red flag.
