This square is the heart of the city. Damdin Sukhbaatar, in 1921 declared the idependence of Mongolia from the Chinesse, and now the plece take him name. you can find there the Parliament House, Palace of Culture, State Opera&Ballet Theatre and the Chinggis Khaan statue, or even the 0 Kilometer market point.
