Tokyo is full of Game Halls. But in Akihabara you will find the best ones. They have between 5 and 10 floors and inside you can find everykind of machine. And many 80´s arcades !!!
Take the lift to the upper floor and walk down through the different floors. It´s really amazing.
If you go to Omotesando, you definitely have to walk up the side streets; they're a lot nicer than the main street!
