Tainan is very famous for its cultural and historic tradition, as it was the first city built by the Dutch and later the capital of Taiwan during the Chinese domination. But one of its most interesting places has to do more with contemporary days. Local designers and architects have transformed the abandoned commertial Hai-an Rd. into a street galery full of awesome old buildings covered by graffiti art, cool pubs and design centers.
