The site might be of medieval origin, although the construction, machinery and utensils are in the early twentieth century. The mill dates from 1960 and consists of a single building on a floor, which houses the mill, two large conical stone do the breaking, hydraulic presses, wagons, thermo-mixer, pump body and all sorts of tooling for the development of the oil. On the feast of San Anton, 17 January, the mill will perform a live demonstration, offering attendees a taste of the product.
