Easter Island in the Pacific Ocean

natural

Would you believe that Easter Island is one of the world's most isolated inhabited islands. Its closest inhabited neighbor is Pitcairn Island, with fewer than a hundred inhabitants 2,075 km to the West. In Polynesian the real name is "Te pito o te henua" which means 3 different things: "The Navel of the land", "Little piece of land of Hau Maka" & "Eyes looking to the sky.".Hard to get here but DEFINITELY worth the effort. Think going back in time :)
