Lane Victory is a World War II victory ship that is preserved as a museum. During WW II it carried supplies to the soldiers serving in the Pacific. Later, in the 1950s it was used to evacuate Korean civilians during the Korean War. Its last job was in Vietnam War.
This ship was used as a filming location for the movie Titanic. They used the ship’s wakes to represent the oceans liner’s wakes.
