This park offers spectacular panoramic views of the coastline of Santa Catalina Island.
It was also a filming location - right across the street, on Gaffey Street at 36th , for the award-winning movie Crash. One of the car crashes in the movie, the one involving Matt Dillon and Thandie Newton was shot there, at the top of the hill.
The Park has been used for filming other movies too like The Usual Suspects, Pearl Harbor, and the TV show The O.C.
