If you drive toward Sines from Porto Covo, about 800 meters after the town, there's an exit to the left of the road to a piece of open ground where there use to be some cars. At 50 meters from it there's a usually empty part where you can camp with the trailer or RV and enjoy being at 10 meters from the sea (and 5 meters high ;).
There are normally more campers and RV but very quiet. The beach is normally occupied, not empty, but lovely. Also there's a fresh water cascade.
