Built in 1651 by Tenzing Drugda. It’s been decided to turn into a museum in 1965 by Cigme Dorce Vangchuk and opened in 1968. Is one of the tiniest original museums I have ever seen in my life. Circular planned structure with 7 flats where you will find a collection of thangkas, stamps, antiques, sculptures, weapons and old costumes and tools. Its worth a visit because is the best museum of Bhutan. The views of Paro dzong are amazing from here.
