Mucurubá town is run through by two long streets, which in turn are run through smaller ones. On its main road you will see colonial houses as well as some rural homes supported by wooden beams. The town is a beautiful place to visit, cold as the rest of the towns in Mérida.
Things to do
The square has beautiful gardens with cypress trees, colorful flowers and two fountains. Nice and quiet. The church is just opposite the square, with a colonial style front. The whole picture is worth visiting, during a day visit around the small towns in Mérida.
It's on the way out of Mucurubá, in the north on the way to
Mucuchíes. You can camp there, by the river Chama, and there are like fire places where you can also cook. Beautiful and calm.
