One of my favorite and regular Saturday morning destinations is Evan's Fresh Seafood weekly stand in the Liverpool Farmers' Market, Henry Hensey Drive facing the Mersey River . Super fresh Atlantic haddock, halibut,scallops, ocean trout and fish cakes, frozen lobster meat are available. Based in Lower W. Pubnico, the family fishing business is run by Capt. Evan & Judy D'Entremont . using their 65 ' dragger. I like their product cause it comes directly from the ocean...no middleman. Mar.2010
