The park, UNESCO World Heritage Site, covers 2.200 square kilometers and is part of the region north of Transboundary W Regional Park, a very big project Regional Park that share with Benin and Burkina Faso, which occupies a total of approximately 10,250 square kilometers.
Lions, zebras, buffaloes, elephants, monkeys, jackals, leopards ... are some of the animals that live within the boundaries of the park.
