Tamang are an ancient and major indigenous people of Nepal. They have unique tradition of counting year by twelve different symbols of creatures. It is said that at the time of Karunamaya Buddha’s Parinirmana (Demise) those creatures had gone to farewell him except human beings because of their pre-knowledge of Lord

The Everest Base Camp Trek is understandably one of the world’s most popular and spectacular hiking
destinations, as it offers fascinating and enjoyable trekking. This trip begins with a scenic flight
to Lukla. The trek starts from here, passing many farm villages en route with beautiful views of the
world’s highest snow capped peaks. The highest point of our trip is at Kala Pattar (5555m), where we
get an outstanding panoramic view of peaks and its glaciers, including Mount Everest.
Mt. Kailash (6714m) is the most sacred mountain in Asia. It is believed to be the physical embodiment of the mythical Mt Meru, said to be the center of the universe or 'navel of the world' . Mt. Meru is depicted as a mandala, and its image occurs throughout both Buddhista and Hindu parts of Asia. Images of Mt Meru occur as far away as Angkor Wat in Cambodia and Borobadur in Indonesia.
