The Keith Albee is one of the most beautiful landmarks in all of West Virginia. Constructed in 1928, this theater was a pricey, lavish addition to Huntington at the time. In the ‘60s two movie screens were added to the auditorium. The building remained a cinema theater until 2006. Today the screens have been torn down and the theater has been returned back into an auditorium. I saw a live production of Cats here and it was fabulous. If you can’t see a performance still try and tour the theater.
