Shambhala at the Great Wall is located in a private valley called “Shentangyu” meaning “Spirit Temple Valley”. The lodge is housed in a restored Manchurian hunting lodge and situated on 50 hectares. Not only do mountains surround the property and streams course through it, but part of the Great Wall built by Qin Shihuangdi is located within the property.
