Hammam, Baños Arabes

recommendation by adriii

natural

If you go to Granada, you must go Hammam.
Its beautiful interiors are a reproduction of the original arabic baths of La Alhambra.

It has three pools: cold, medium and hot water, so you can take relaxing contrast baths in them. It has a sauna too. For a really good price, you can spend 2 hours in the baths with a really good aromatic massage.

The place smells so nice and relaxing and you have little comfort spots so sit down and have some tea.

Don't miss this experience!

cultured

The Alhambra is the best reason to make a visit to the south of Spain, whether you view it from within (highly recommended) or from the hilltop ajacent it is truly impressive. The palace was built in the 14th century by the Muslim rulers of the time. Unlike many other historic sites it was not maimed and destroy during the reconquest by the Christians and alongside the Mesquita/Cathedral of Cordoba is one of my favorite places in Spain.

fresh & funkycultured

«El Niño de las Pinturas» (The Child of the Paintings) is the moniker of a famous graffiti artist from Granada. His amazing paintings and graffiti are extensively distributed all over the city (mainly in the old part of the town) and are actually part of the urban landscape and culture of Granada.
His graffiti sometimes involves the whole building itself, and have brainy sentences attached.
