It has the most amazing pre-columbian wealth: 34.000 pieces in gold elaborated by colombian indians.The most important of these pieces, around 8.000 of them, are in the so called "Golden Room". Here the star is the famous Muisca Raft (Blasa Muisca) which gave birth to one of the Dorado Legends. The museum also has an infinite number of objects that belonged to Colombia's aborigines.
