It's one of the eldest buildings in Bogotá, declared a National Monument. It has master pieces belonging to the Virreinal Art, the most important pieces of the collection of colonial artists like Vásquez de Arce y Ceballos, Los Figueroa and Antonio Acero de la Cruz, and the first fountain there ever was in Bogotá. Entrance is very cheap, and the last Sunday of each month is free.
