It was the financial centre in Bogotá for a long time. Around it, exclusive buildings of flats and offices where built, many of them declared National Monuments. Here is the Intercontinental Tequendama Hotel, the National Museum, the Bullring, the Towers of the Park, and the Recoleta de San Diego.
