This street, calle 72, was founded in 1920 and it was surrounded by big houses with an english and french style, as well as very important schools that are nowadays Universities.
Eventually, those big houses where substituted by enormous office buidongs though you can still spot a beautiful house with its european feel in some corners of this area.
This area is now called the "area of finances" in Avenida Chile.
