Very classly part of France but not overly expensive. Expect to pay € 95 - €120 for decent lodging in peak season.

Things to do
This is the busiest street in Biarrtiz, I think, with a variety of places to do shopping or eat, or simply wonder around just to appreciate for the sake of it. Multicoloured restaourants, very happy atmosphere, painting galleries, antics shops. The street ends towards a beautiful view of the beach.
