Heritage site for the wharves of the city. Buildings are beautiful, but the shops are touristy.

It is nice to walk around the wooden streets of Bryggen gazing the different colours of the buildings and visiting the art & craft shops.
This ancient german district was burned and rebuilded three times. Even though noeadays there are just a few wooden houses in comparison with centuries ago, Bryggen district is a visit you must not miss.
