Every Friday, from 18:30h to 20:30h (approx) you can listen to a funny Gospel group (from Barcelona's Institut of Gospel). They sing a lot of songs - from Elvis to Disney hits - in a "gospel way". Very very funny!
The ultimate "work in progress" by Catalan Antoni Gaudí, The Temple Expiatori de la Sagrada Família is a breathtaking structure and a must-see (even if just from the street) in Barcelona.
If you come to Barcelona, and feel like going to a museum, not too old or classical, visit CCCB: Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona. Opened almost 365 days with programs of exhibitions, films and videos, music and scenic arts. I would recommend you to visit the C3 bar. It has a big terrace heading Raval, with good music. Bar is opened until 2am at night.
Cines Verdi, located in calle Verdi in Gracia, is well-known for their diversified and good selection on films. Independent, alternative and documentary films made by acknowledgeable directors from all around the world are shown in original version.
Whenever you feel like watching a good film just go to Verdi, and choose among their collection, which of many are only played only in Verdi.
Either you are living in BCN or you are traveling, it will be a great place to meet interesting films.

In summer, people from the city and visitors have a great time at the beach or walking through the streets. Moreover, there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants where you will have the most delicious "tapas".
