A flower market floating on the Singel canal?
Yes. This market is a touristic place near the Koningsplein in one of the main Amsterdam crossroads. If you want to buy flowers and bulbs this is the place to go. Not so cheap, it's a picturesque place where you can take pictures (try to do it discreetly if you don't want to be warned by the shopkeepers).
