The best location at the best price. Functional (in the way you expect in Switzerland), convenient and sleek. It has a cozy japanese restaurant, Mishio, with a cool courtyard. If you cannot afford Baur au Lac, stay here.

Sihlcity is one of the newest Zürich areas. It´s characterized by contemporary design as the one featured in this hotel. It used to be a paper factory. Now, this amazing building holds a lot of rooms, a cool restaurant and the usual nice spa.

This hotel is sort of affordable, always according to Zürich standards. A double room costs around 150 $. As we can tell by its name it is totaly devoted to cinema and theatre. I like the area. Itñs right in the heart of the city.

This is my favourite hotel in the city. It´s a 5 stars with the usual 5 stars price. If price exceeds our budget we can go to have a drink at its bar. If weather allows us we can enjoy the terrase. This hotel has won many prizes.

A special ( and affordable) hotel. It´s right in the center of the old town, so you can walk everywhere. All the rooms are decorated by the artist H. C. Jenssen and they all feature poems of important writers. Its located in a tourist are but in the case of Zürich, that´s not bad at all.
