This hostel has some pros and cons. On the bright side, it’s right in the Fairmount Park. Also, the hostel has great amenities and facilities (except for the thin mattresses).

But it’s far away from downtown. You’ll have to walk for 10 minutes to take the bus. It takes half an hour to get to the Independence Hall. Overall, I’d recommend it if you don’t mind too much the distance to downtown.
