Placed near Hotel de Ville, Villa Mazarin is a great base camp for discover Le Marais neighborhood, its cafes, brasseries and shops.
Not cheap (As all Paris hotels), but not expensive to be a 4 stars place.
I'll return there in my next trip to Paris.
