This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I felt like I was staying in a home straight out of a magazine. The rooms are uniquely decorated and have this warm, comfy-like-a-down-comforter, feeling to them. The hotel looks out on the ocean and you’ll experience a really nice breeze when you open your windows. I highly recommend having brunch out on their terrace. It is so relaxing.
Places to stay
This is really the place to stay in Newport. That said, make sure you book way in advance if you want a room here during the busy season. The accommodations here are fabulous and everything is of five-star quality. It is expensive but a special occasion might make it worth it. I stayed here once with a wedding party and ever since then all other hotel experiences have felt sub-par. There’s also a restaurant here that is very good.
