Sometimes when I travel to New York City on business I like to relax and prepare outside of it. Nothing like a quiet and relaxing retreat before the grind of a seventy-hour workweek starts. I stay here because it only takes twenty minutes to get into town. The home itself is well maintained and located in a very quiet park of town. The innkeeper is very kind so that is a nice alternative to the personalities you’d find behind chain hotels in the big city.
Places to stay
Great, upstanding hotel located just out of the hustle and bustle of the big city. I stay here for the prices and the location to trains – it’s super easy to commute into New York from here. The rooms are all well maintained and there’s free internet. And they've got these pillows that mold to your head. I’ve stayed here probably about ten times because it’s so simple. The only obstacle I encountered was parking. Parking is free but it can be difficult to find a spot close to the hotel.
