Trident Hotel, Nariman point. There are some luxury five star hotels in Mumbai, like the famous Taj Mahal Hotel next to Gateway of India. However, Trident isn't necessarily a 2nd best option. The staff is GREAT! It has a 9.7pts avg on hotels.com, not many hotels have. It's a perfect escape from the hectic city which Mumbai can be. And the price level - we paid ~150e per night for two persons. Taj is almost double. And compared to european hotels, they're cheap as hell! :)
