Remember the Ice Truck Killer on Dexter’s season 1? Well, this is where the Miami metro found the first body, chooped and drained. Most Dexter locations are in Los Angeles but this motel is actually in Miami, next to the neighborhood where Dexter is supposed to live, the Bayshore district.
This location is also used for the scenes where Dexter meets her sister Debra, then working in vice and dress incognito like a prostitute.
