A lovely b&b close to city center bus routes. The rooms are great, though the bathrooms are a bit cramped. Breakfast is delicious, and the proprietress will make you a pack if you're leaving early in the morning. Lovely springer spaniels, too!

We stayed at this hostel for 4 nights in June 2009. The location is perfect, in the middle of Royal Mile, just some minutes from the best pubs and nightclubs. The price was fair and it was clean and cosy. Even if we shared our room with 6 other people we never had any problems. Nice people and good cost effectiveness. Great hostel!
