Inexpensive hotel located in quieter part of the city, bit difficult to find but the locals should know of it and can help you get there. Accommodations are decent but nothing special. Room did not have air conditioning but was otherwise fine. Staff is helpful and available 24/7. Short walk from the city center (as is pretty much everything in Andorra la Vella) and near some good restaurants.
