Yeah, so it's touristy as hell. And it's loud and there's tons of kids running around. But this place is the quintessential Dells. The place is big. The portions are big. The kitsch is big. But I still enjoy myself every time I come here, if for no other reason than it reminds of me of the times I ate her with my folks when I was a kid. It's a bit outside of the hustle and bustle of the Dells, which is nice. And the food is sincerely good, especially for breakfast.
Eating & Drinking
This place is the only micro brewery in the Wisconsin Dells. They've usually got at least six different homebrews on tap, ranging from the Golden Lager, to the Honey Ale, and the Dunkel Lager. The food is, well...it leaves a bit to be desired. It's a bit overpriced, and the service can lag. but if you're going to pick just one decent place to take the family out to dinner while you're in the Dells, I'd recommend this place.
