I had no clue if I liked French food before I went here. What I learned is that it's basically similar to American cuisine but with a twist – a hearty, caloric, twist. For example, the burgers (which are amazing) come with a fried egg on top. The mussels are served in a sauce that’s flavorful, but definitely floating with oil (that’s why they give you bread, to make sure you eat it all!). You have to order their pomme frites (twice fried French fries) too.
