A full place on weekends. Everyone goes there to taste their giant sandwiches and take a beer. It's really tasty.
I recommend the complete chicken sandwich, but I'm sure that almost every choice will be good.

the "presa iberica" (tipycal spanish meat) with pedro ximenez (sweet wine) sauce and wild mushroom sandwich is just wonderful!
It's a must in Vitoria. You shouldn't miss it.

Yep, a must in Vitoria. Locals usually call it "Zazpi" (basque name). Great during the day to take lunch -good quality food and cheap menu between 10-15€-.
Perfect at afternoons to take some wine or beer with friends, inside or at the street.
And good ambient at nights, but usually a bit overcrowded.
There are sandwiches if you are in a hurry, or want to eat during a walk visiting the Old City, where 'El 7' is located.
